I'm sure that when you saw the title of this post, you almost immediately thought of Nike. Of course, if you didn't, I'm sure you're thinking of them now.
I've always thought this slogan was a little harsh. It felt like it was telling me I wasn't doing enough, that I needed to go out and be elite. After all, most Nike ads and commercials include dark coloring, a bright pop of whatever product they're trying to sell, and a model-athlete who looks fit and "sweaty". What if I told you, that this slogan can encompass pretty much everything about health and fitness? Would you believe me?

Food has always been one of the most confusing parts about health and fitness to me. When I was in high school, I deprived myself of the yummy things for the sake of being healthy. In college, I dropped everything for some chicken tenders and pints of ice cream. Over the last year, I've gone back-and-forth between diets and eating what I want.
